Amelie Jo

I LOVE Etsy for sooo many reasons but nothing is better than finding a special designer and that is what happened to me.

I used to search Etsy endlessly looking for the next most original outfit for Stella Marie but with the photography, store and raising four kids I have not had time.

The other day I saw this cool write up on Fabulous Finds for Amelie Jo.

She had a sale and I could not resist.

She reminds me of my all time favorite Eden's Bouquet.

Well I got my order and LOVED it! Everything fit perfect and runs true to size with room so no need to order up.

It was packaged great and came in record time.

I left her a note about how impressed I was on her FB page.

I get an email asking if I do photography that she has not had anyone photograph this dress yet and she thinks my baby girl is darling and she would love to have a diverse little model in her shop!

I was soooooo happy and ran out to take pics the next day!

I even brought my first props to a shoot!

The rocking chair was mine from long ago. The clock was my Grandmother Sylvia's and the Teddy Bear was from my husband when we were dating. We call him Henry!

Today was one of the first times I felt like I had taken some quality shots. I don't know but it feels like it!

Here are a couple pics of the boys modeling too.

Ronnie on the move.

I would say go check Amelie Jo out before she realizes she can charge much more. I promise you will not be disappoint. She is one of those gems that you know will be doing big things as a designer!

  1. I know I already wrote this on your facebook page, but seriously I do think these are your best shots yet! They are stunning. I love the styling too! Everything looks PERFECT! All of your children are so beautiful!

  2. You need to enter that last one in a contest!!!!

  3. These are awesome! Great job! I have been eyeing one of her dresses!

  4. Awesome pics Jenn!! Paris has that same dress and she got soooo many compliments!:) I'm planning on taking it with us on our trip to New York;) Show them Puerto Ricans how it's done ;) Ha ha!:)

Look at little Ronnie, omg! He's walking!:) SO cute!

  5. I couldn't be more proud of you Jennifer. Your photography is growing in style, honey. It's become ART! Lovely Lovely work!! I love you, Mom

  6. Hi Jenn! It's Jamie from Dear Lillie. I saw these pictures on FB a few days ago but didn't have time to click on them. They are beautiful! The field makes such a pretty background. I like them all but I think my favorite is the one where Stella is holding the bear named Henry! And your boys are such dolls too!
